Gooday, please assess the following risk. Sucked the nipples of a lady. Did
check if she had milk or discharge of any sort. I do suffer from mouth ulcers. Appreciate your time to review

Adults cannot contract HIV in that manner lactating or not.

You're not going to get a different answer to the ones you had at MedHelp - an adult sucking nipples is NOT going to become infected with hiv through that activity. Only tiny babies who rely solely on breast milk for their nourishment are at any risk for hiv infection if the mother is hiv positive. Even then, transmission is not guaranteed.
Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST FOR HIV SPECIFICALLY OVER NIPPLE SUCKING, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Yes, that's right. Based on what you have reported of your activities, you can safely have unprotected intercourse with your wife.

Hi , yesterday i got myself involved in fingering a stripper. Not sure if i had a cut on my finger and noticed one today.. being within the 72 hours pep is still an option.. please can you guide me urgently. :)

Fingering is NOT a risk for hiv infection. You absolutely DO NOT NEED PEP.
In adults, hiv is transmitted by:
Unprotected anal intercourse.
Unprotected vaginal intercourse.
Sharing drug injecting equipment.
And that's it.
Please re-read your entire thread. You've already been told how to protect yourself against hiv infection.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!!!

What part of "FINGERING IS NOT A RISK FOR HIV INFECTION" don't you understand?
You've already given a "donation" when you took out a subscription earlier today. You can contribute more funds in the same way, but do NOT expect to be able to continue going on about this NO RISK situation just because you've donated.

Do you really think we would advise taking potentially toxic medications for a no risk situation . You have already been warned so take it to heart that you did not have a risk and can now move on .

Thanks so much, appreciate you comments.. will throw the box away. i wish there was a standard on HIV views on the internet which could save a lot of frustration from everyone side. Will go for test in 6 weeks and let you know

Will throw what box away? If you're talking about hiv meds (PEP), if they're still sealed take them back to the pharmacy where you got them so someone else can have them. YOU DO NOT NEED THEM.
They're expensive and it's a crime against humanity to throw them away when so many in the world have to do without them and DIE.
