Hello Again...
« on: May 06, 2008, 01:04:05 am »
I came back. I had some e-mails to go over to prepare for my online classes! They start next Monday. I have actually started to love talking to people. Although there isn't much on my mind that is tooo important.
I have had HIV since I was seventeen. I told everyone I knew or met. People reacted very strange. Really I wanted to find out where I belonged. Does this sound strange or stupid? I think stupid.
I am soo glad to be on here. I spent a while on poz personals and never took the step to meet someone. Partially because I am sort of emotional when it comes to my life, and I am too poor to be in a relationship. I don't want what men have to offer. I feel trapped and like my freedom of choice. The choice to eat french fries and not a salad!
So I like being on here.

Bleu, we're glad you're here.  Again, I would encourage you to join all of us in the "dating" thread.  Like I said, it's not all about dating.  It's where we women talk about our daily lives, struggles, accomplishments, and where we support each other.

I think it's a great idea that you're continuing on with your education.  I'm completing a BS in psychology; I'm glad I decided to go back.  BTW, I was diagnosed HIV+ in 1989.  Miracles still do happen.
  Luv,
Betty
