« on: July 13, 2019, 09:58:51 pm »
WTH ...  I nearly died when I saw some of the pictures my mother sent to me, she had been visiting recently, it's part of the reason that I've been hiking up and, down "tellytubby" land and, to keep a long story short in half her pictures I look like I'm in the 2nd trimester  ;D

#How I like to perceive myself:

Going to have to do a shit more hiking to resolve this issue, that's for sure.  ;D

You still look good man.

I'm starting to hit my 2nd trimester myself and need to fix it.  I know I need to step up my game in the gym and work on a few other things.

Just enjoy life and the views from the additional hikes.

Well nearly a month and I lost 2 kg (4.5 pounds) :) Belly is flatter and if i lose an additional 1-2 kg over the months ahead ill be happy.

I just reduced the volume I eat and, started to move a bit more so it was just adjusting my habits to my age i suppose nothing more than that. Although my leg is now killing me again .. not sure why though as it does not make much sense but going to talk to the doctor about upping the pain management
