HIV in Prisons - Good Intentions, Gone Wrong

Read an article today in the Sunday paper, that well, was bit disheartening. HIV in Prisons sheds some good light on a growing concern. But some the language used in the article was troubling.

interesting subject,

my father is a prison officer  unprotected sex in prisons is rife  in the uk as prisoners are embaraced about asking for condoms so the disease spreads

it is an issue yes
