Weird PEP situation. Help?

I had sex Saturday night about three or four times with someone in an unprotected fashion. Yes, I'm aware that it was my fault that I went into it this way, but I was also slightly intoxicated. Anyway, the person assured me they were Neg and Prep and that they would never hurt me.

I'm still freaking out about it. Unfortunately, I started PEP at 62 hours or so on Tuesday afternoon. Will this even help me? The person I had sex with is assuring me that he is negative and is even coming to my house to take an at-home HIV test.

However, would the OraQuick test be accurate if they're on Truvada or on another treatment? If he were lying to me about being on PREP, there would still be antibodies in the blood to detect via the OraQuick, right? (assuming he was infected over three months ago). Maybe I should buy a second OraQuick as well just to make sure that one of them doesn't give a false negative? Just want to know if his test today with me will provide peace of mind.

You started PEP within the 72 hour period , and yes it will help.
Testing guidelines are at 6 weeks after possible exposure and after pep,
and at 13 weeks for a conclusive result. Some tests do give quicker results.

To avoid infection...
You need to be using condoms for all anal and vaginal intercourse until you are in a trusting monogamous
relationship and both have been tested for all STDs and HIV.

Everyone who is sexually active should have an annual exam for all STDs and HIV ,and always after unprotected intercourse. Always using condoms will give you peace of mind your tests will return with a negative result.

The status of the other person does not matter, as your status is the only one that matters.  PEP is very effective at preventing infections and you started it withing 72 hours.  You should never ask a partner to take an HIV test, because it tells you nothing about your status.  They could test negative, but still be in the first stages of seroconversion and you would never know.  This is why we advise that the only test result that matters is yours.

I expect you to come out of this negative and you can test at 6 weeks AFTER you complete PEP and then at 13 weeks to confirm the results.  There are some tests that can give you results in shorter time frames and you can read about testing here: Testing Information.

Will preface this with the fact that I know what I did was stupid. I just want some help and advice. I'm sorry in advance.

I'm a gay male who practices receptive anal sex.

About 21 days ago, I had unprotected sex with someone and went on PEP about 62 hours after exposure/thinking about it. They kept reassuring me that I was fine, though, and even took an HIV test with me to tell me they were neg. I continued PEP anyway.

About 36 hours ago, I was essentially sexually assaulted after being given a drug that I was not aware of. Two men of unknown HIV status ejaculated in me (once each). I was crying and one of them said they were undetectable - the other said he hadn't been tested in four years. Obviously, I was scared.

However, I never stopped taking my PEP medication - even a few hours before that happened (I've taken every dose, basically). I've been taking Truvada/Isenstress combo for 20 days before that happened and, additionally, I will be extending my PEP session 28 more days post this recent exposure. I'm hoping this has basically made my likelihood of being negative with this exposure nearly 0 like it does for people on Prep (which is the same medication I take for PEP, only I have integrase inhibitor with PEP too).

What is my outlook like? I'm very scared and want honesty.

PEP has an excellent record of preventing HIV infections.  The fact that you were already on PEP, prior to this incident is very encouraging, however you will still need to test at the appropriate times.  Testing guidelines are to test at 6 weeks AFTER you complete PEP and then at 3 months to confirm the result.  There are some tests that can give you results in shorter time frames and you can read about testing here: Testing Information.

Late on October 3, I had unprotected receptive anal sex (ejaculate present) with someone of an unknown HIV status (he later tested negative, but I can only rely on my own test results). About 32 hours later, I had unprotected receptive anal sex again (without ejaculation) with someone else.

On October 6, at around 62 hours, I went on PEP and did not stop the regimen.
However, today (November 13), the second boy told me that he "just tested positive and is pretty sure it was me." I'm not really sure what to think as I was definitely negative before I slept with the first guy on October 3 (tested multiple times over last six months and was not sexually active).

Could I have given the second guy HIV from the first guy who had ejaculated in me slightly over 24 hours before? I find it hard to believe that I was able to transmit HIV to him so easily, even though I just had the exposure (given that the virus does not infect the host immediately after exposure and can take a few days).

Was I the person who gave him HIV? It doesn't seem likely or possible at all.
I tested negative while on PEP twice (at 2 and 4 weeks post exposure). Obviously, I need to wait for more conclusive results. I'm just scared.

Only testing tells you your HIV status so test at the appropriate time and you will know if you were ever infectious …. we really cant give you much more than testing and window periods.
