HIV/Depression/ADD and new meds

Hey y'all....would love some input....

After being HIV+ for some time, I finally hit some anxiety/depression moods.  My Dr. prescribed Clonazepam.  I finally got the courage to talk about ADD and he added Welbutrin to the mix.
Since then it seems like I've gotten more depressed, difficult to fall asleep and when I do... the most bizarre dreams hit me.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

Guidance/help would be greatly appreciated.

Diagd 20,July 2017. Cd4 289, 21% vld .3,462  atripla 4/8/17, 5/10/17 cd4 384 21%, ud.  complera 4/11/2017 switched to stribild 15/11/17. Switched to truvada efavirence 200mgx2 14 Dec 2017, 2 Feb 2018, uD cd4  466, 25%  CD 8 ,595, 32%..1 may 2018
switched  to instgra truvada.7th june switched to truvada  nevirapine stavudine. .21 june switched to truvada nevirapine. X 2 a day...9 aug 2018 ud. 2n Nov 2018 CD 4. 455..22.70% 13th Nov switched  to lamivir and nevirapine  due to kidney issues...jan 10,2019 UD..may 13 2019 ud  cd4 482 28% 14th nov 2019 ud. Cd4 414 .27% cd8 444 29%,may 16 2020,ud ,cd4 741"19.62.          ojo.        My dear friend, I didn’t know you were going through this situation, I wish I was there to give you a big hug…I also have had some anxiety episodes but it is because of my pain, I take Xanax, as need it, one every two or three days, the doctor wanted to give me an antidepressant but I refused to take it because it messes with my cornea, but, the Xanax helps with the anxiety…I’m really sorry for you and I hope you can find peace in your heart and go back to be a SUNSHINE, you always make me feel good when you call me sunshine…I’m here for you…hugs

Howdy Tony!!  My ray of sunshine!! Thank you for your  kind words.

Wardo... I'm on Sertraline, Triumex and Clonazepam (twice one C) and he just added Welburin to it all.

Insomnia sucks... when I do sleep... nightmarish crazy tie..
