One more question about Oral Sex
« on: August 27, 2009, 05:53:56 am »
Dear Andy ,Ann and Rapid Rod

I've read so many topic in Am I Infected? Forum about the risks through oral sex activity.
I know oral sex is not a risk or no risk activity.
but I have one more question ,  I received blowjob from HIV+ person who has been bleeding in his mouth.and his blood contacted my cock.
How do you think this is a chance of transmission for contract HIV.
I'm look forward to receiving your reply.

Thank you very much in advance.

King, in the entire history of the epidemic, this extremely common sexual activity has not resulted in even a single confirmed case of transmission to a guy receiving a blowjob.

It's safe to say you are not going to make history by becoming the first, no matter what additional details you throw into the mix about his bleeding in his mouth, etc.

It's a non-risk activity. Period. There's no need for testing.

Andy Thank you so much for your quick reply.
For Oral sex act, Receptive's cock  (a person who received a blowjob) directly contact the insertive's saliva. We know saliva is not cause of HIV.
But my case I contact the blood in the HIV+ person's mouth. How risk I take?

Still no risk. Getting a blowjob is not a risk no matter what details you throw into the mix. No guy has ever beenc confirmed to have been infected that way, and believe me, we've heard a lot of spins on details from nervous guys.

You are worrying needlessly.

However, if you are sexually active it is a good idea to have a full STD panel done at least once a year. Other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV.

Still the same answer. No guy has EVER been confirmed to have become infected through his getting a blowjob. Not one. Zero.

Rubbing is not the same as intercourse.

Be smart in the future and if you're going to get that close to intercourse, keep the condoms handy and use them when you need to.

I don't see risk this time but you're flirting at the edges of it. Use condoms and have fun if you want to. The safer way.

Thank you so much Andy and Rapid Rod.
I can't  exactly explain the action between intercourse and rubbing., my action is a little bit further than rubbing but not intercourse yet.

I'll ask you one more question for my clarify understanding ., If someone stroke (masterbate) our cock and use the saliva for lubricant. Is there any risk?.

kong,

If there was no penetration, it wasn't intercourse.

Saliva is not infectious, so why would using saliva as lubricant be a risk? It isn't.
