I am a 25 year old man, this was almost 2 years ago
I write my personal story, I went to stripes club , I had about 10 protected sexual encounters (all with women and they were penis - vagina), there was no condom break in any , but on one occasion I was doing doggy style with the girl (around 3 to 5 minutes) and my penis lost its erection so I removed it and saw that the condom was gone (I think it was a slip of the condom) , as an additional comment I saw a cut in the Frenulum of foreskin of penis , the wound was not bleeding.
Can you tell me from your experience if it is a high risk?
Is it possible that when I removed the penis there could be contact with the vagina and I could get infected?

Look if it was just the condom sliding off whilst withdrawing it's not an HIV risk to you.
Though as you don't remember I am only going to consider one scenario and that is, the condom fully came off during the act of intercourse.
So my assessment is to test with a blood-drawn (lab) HIV antibodies test at six weeks post-incident, and a negative result at that time will rarely ever change. If you wish, although not needed, you can retest at three months post-incident for a definite result & peace of mind.
Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection: Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Continue using PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection.
Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs
Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.
