I am curious
« on: August 29, 2021, 01:36:52 am »
Hello yesterday I went for massage

6 hours before the massage I shaved my genital region,
I had cuts on my balls and near my shaft. I used a scissor to trim.

Then when at massage, the lady gave me a oil massage, where she gave me handjob. She then become erotic and she starting siting on my penis and her pants (vagina part) was wet. No penetration. So like frottage. So what about my cuts? Create risk?
Then she anally fingered me.

What’s my risk?

Oh another question

Condom break = No HIV right? Microtear = Fake news right?

Thank you

Hiya

Getting a handjob, being fingered and rubbing against you isn't an HIV risk. The cuts do not change this.

Condom break = No HIV right? Microtear = Fake news right?

Why do you ask?

HIV can't transmit through an intact latex or polyurethane condom. If a condom fails during the act of intercourse it is obvious and there is no reason to be stressing about intercourse as long as this obvious issue did not happen.

So if a condom breaks during the act of intercourse it's an HIV risk.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and, the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim

Oh sorry for my bad english,

Oh I ask because I last time had sex and want to expand my knowledge and to learn

What I want to say is
If condom break = HIV risk

If the condom don’t break, that means no HIV right?

I see on other post that they say when condom break it will look like very obvious and
I confirm will know it will break (Got sound or some sort of feeling, right?)
And that there is no such thing as microtears/microholes like as small as a coin and that the if condom break it  will be penetrated by my penis( my penis is outside condom?)

Oh and

HIV spread through

UNPROTECTED sex (ANAL OR VAGINAL)
Syringe
Blood transfusions right?
Because I see the admin in 2012 post like that, so its true??

And other sex acts all no risk right?

Thank you Mr. Jim, you are so nice

Hiya,

So about condoms I've already answered all your questions, so as I said, HIV can't transmit through an intact latex or polyurethane condom.

If a condom fails during the act of intercourse it is obvious and there is no reason to be stressing about intercourse as long as this obvious issue did not happen.

The rest of what you asked about condoms is irrelevant or simply not an issue.

Condomless intercourse
Using IV drugs, i.e sharing syringes
Blood transfusions & transplants * (extremely rare nowadays in nations that screen blood donations & products)

If you give a blowjob it would have a minute HIV risk, it's so small it doesn't warrent testing outside of standard yearly routine.

Now asides from HIV there are far easier to aquire STI's. So as you are sexually active do get an STI screening at least yearly out of routine.

Hello Mr.Jim, how are you?

So I have a question abt my potential risk I think

So the other day, I go see prostitute and when before wearing condom I have uh dipping(Where the cock enter the vagina but not full penetration, I think but even have means, we didn’t do the push and pull action)

So my cock was in her vagina without condom for 20 to 30 seconds but she and I never move. After that she wore the condom and we had sex and I cum very fast.

So I go see my doctor after 15 hours of the sex act (with the lady and dipping) and he give me tenof em and dolutegravir which is produced in India one is from HETERO LABS LIMITED and one is EMCURE, and he say this is PEP and have to take one tablet of each every 24 hours for 30 days. Problem is, on day 9 I overslept and took it 7 hours later and I continued my normal time after that to avoid double dose(the doctor told me)?¿?

He then tell me to go take test 6 weeks after finish which I will be finishing soon

Will I be fine Mr Jim?

And since rubbing, fingering all is not risk, is dipping same where my cock in her vagina for 20 seconds?

This is my last post Mr Jim

But since massage like and hangjob and prostate massage safe(lady finger go in my ass), I dont have to worry right sir?

Please help me and expand my knowledge sir.

Yeah, that sounds correct.

Look ideally, take the meds at the same time every day as it also helps to build a routine, that may assist, in preventing you from accidentally skipping dosages. However, the drugs have a good halflife and a few hours either side should not pose any issue

The last time I checked for the combination of drugs you mentioned, If you miss a dose within 18 hours of the time it is usually taken, you should take the dose as soon as possible and resume the normal dosing schedule. Double-check with your doctor of pharmacist though.

Rubbing, handjobs and fingering isn't an HIV risk to you whatsoever. Condomless intercourse e.g any penetration with your penis insides someone's vaginal track or anus is an HIV risk.

Correct.

The good news is PEP is highly effective. Test at 6 weeks post finishing PEP with a blood-drawn (Lab) HIV antibodies test, a nonreactive result at that time would rarely ever change. Although generally not needed you can retest at 3 months post PEP if you like for peace of mind.
