Swollen lymph nodes are very common with HIV.  Mine were swollen for months after I started on ARV's.  You should still mention it to your doctor though.

I had swollen lymph nodes a full year after I started meds. I still sometimes get them, but not as bad. Mine were also under my chin but on both sides, I also had them on the side of my face near my ear. They will most likely eventually go away, and you may or may not have flare ups afterwards. My doc said it was nothing to be concerned about.

Well, mine were due to an STD and a sinus infection, I got some antiboctis, and it cleared up  ;)

Mine were swollen and sore for several months after infection.  They hurt so bad especially in my neck and shoulder.  It felt like I had been in a bad car wreck every day.  The soreness finally went away, but the swelling was there for at least 5 years.  I had them in my neck, under chin, shoulders, and groin.  You could easily feel them.  I remember my brother (chiropractor) was adjusting me and felt them and acted concern.  He was worried about lymphoma.  I was worried about HIV.

Have you had a doctor confirm that it's your lymph node what is swollen? It's easy to assume that something is a swollen node when in fact it may be something else.

Get it looked at.
