Mental Health Still Very Important
« on: November 16, 2020, 04:03:55 am »
Although, as a LTS (Long Term Survivor), my primary focus has been physical health for which I've done OK 🙏🏽 these last 35 years, there have been a few challenges with Mental Health (anxiety and mild depression) despite my high positive  level mental acuity and being sharp as a tac (memory, technical work issues, strategic planning, humor infusion).

I continue to walk the path of survival.

Almost 70 years old and approaching 40 years Positive soon.

Amazing. 😉

Best to Everyone,

OT

Amazing indeed 💪🏻

Thanks for sharing, that’s encouraging. I’m 51 yo, struggling with chronic mild depression since forever. I have to take anti-depressants to keep myself function and they affect my mental skills to some degree.

Have my ups and downs, still fighting.

Hugs
