I had sex with a social escort (female) on 24th April. She blew me without a condom but put on a condom immediately and proceeded with the intercourse. I was wearing the rubber the whole time and we even changed the condom in-between the session.
There were no signs of bleeding from either party or did the condom tore (checked it afterward).
My fear is: 1) Can I get Hiv from the Unprotected Oral Sex 2) Can I get Hiv from the Vaginal Intercourse Protected sex? 3) Can HIV only get through from the tip of the penis if there are no cuts or bleeding signs around my groin area?

Receiving a blowjob is no HIV risk to you whatsoever and as for the intercourse, HIV can't transmit through an intact latex or polyurethane condom. If a condom fails during the act of intercourse it's obvious. There is no reason to be stressing or testing outside of the standard yearly routine as long as this obvious issue did not happen.
Cuts on your groin area would not be a route.
Relax, move on with your life, continue to use condoms for any intercourse no exceptions and test out of standard routine at least yearly for HIV and far easier to acquire STI's.
Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection: Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection going forward
Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs
Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.
