Medication issues
« on: February 13, 2014, 01:01:51 pm »
Is any one having issues with getting their medications this year. I am only taking 3 different meds once daily and right now my meds are costing $ 2000/month until my deductible is met. Last month I was able to get them all for a total of $200 for a one month supply but this month cost is almost $2000 for one month. I am hoping its just a glitch with my insurance because I already use med copay assistance cards.  wondering if any one else was having issues.

I moved your question out of the women's forum into one that will get more replies . If you wish for me to move it back so that only the positive women on the forum can advise you I will be happy to do so .

Well, have you called you insurance company to inquire what's going on? That's a normal first course of action. Every plan is different and there's no way to effectively respond to this question.

When you say "last month" do you really mean December? If so, something changed with your policy and their deductible and maybe your employer didn't inform you, or they did inform you and you missed the memo.
