I have a rather large designer swimsuit collection.  Like, of the kind that would earn me over 50 gay merit points.

If you all are planning on wearing anything as skimpy as a speedo in San Francisco in September, I would strongly suggest that it be in an indoor pool.  Otherwise, anything leather will have the double purpose of keeping you warm after the afternoon fog rolls in.  Remember, many visitors say that the coldest winter they ever experienced was summer in San Francisco.

Remember your jackets, and Levis.  You will definitely need them.

Thank you Milker for linking the Mr. S website, I bought all my leathers from them, back oh say 30 years ago, and the quality of their products is unmatched in the United States.  I don't have much left anymore, because I gave most of it away to a couple right here on this site.  Leather Forever!!!

Love,

Yeah, I have some leather stuff from Mr. S that I bought in the 90's.  I will say I think the quality at The Noose in Manhattan is higher though.  They don't have a catalogue though... I'm not even sure if they have a web site.  The did not used to I know.

Can you say Marsha Marsha Marsha????
The last time I was in SF....it was chilly.  But then I'm accustomed to the weather down south
on the Gulf coast.  I did leather once....and was quite popular

ah, yes...those little square cuts.  the only thing that will always look worse on me than a mankini.

they never fit right on me and always look like a gamble i shouldn't have taken.

kind of up in the air on it with you, but like the others for certain.  i see you dared that teensy little suit that shows all when wet.

a gamble that appears to have paid off.

you must bring to SF.

i'll provide the water.

LOL philly so when are you going to post the gucci thong??? lol

The square cuts never fit me right either, but other people it looks great....i think its because my legs are too big  :(....but in this case i think they make my love handles stick out so thats my reason for not liking them

LOL philly so when are you going to post the gucci thong??? lol

Well, they're almost vintage now.  They're from a decade ago before Madame Lipo stole my butt cheeks away from me.  It's rather amazing how much a piece of black string with a metal "G" can cost.

At least I had them long enough to prance around the pool at the Eden Roc in Miami one season... that's all that matters.

Love the Raleigh... have enjoyed many a day in that fabulous swimming pool.  Delano is too much of a scene.  Fun for a drink but I'd never dare actually stay there.

Of course, it's really all about The Tides.  Or better yet the Biltmore in Coral Gables... but only if you want to throw shade on all of South Beach at once.  One reason I like the Eden Roc is it's slightly out of the madness, but close enough to zip through.

http://www.edenrocresort.com/resort.htm

It's best known feature is actually the lobby... design by Morris Lapidus who also did all those odd little sculptural elements on Lincoln Road in the middle of the paved walkway areas.  They've used the lobby a lot in many fashion shoots.

Why aren't you taking advantage of that Miami job offer?
Title: Re: Can you say "overkill"?
Post by: puertorico2006 on May 15, 2007, 03:12:35 pm
Well i cant move for another year because im still in school.....

I know the job offer will still stand because its a good friend of mine and he's been trying to get me to work with him for years because he thinks i have good business presence and im VERY good with anything business related. Unfortunatly i never took his job offers because i was "taken" care of at the time.....I should have though...

but once i graduate im definatly considering it

A burqa (or burkha) for bathing is not surprisingly called a 'burqinii" - just like Aussie Bums, they are also made in Australia. but, hey give me an aussie bum in a posing pouch over a burkini anyday.

There are two small beaches separated by a couple of rocks at La Perouse in Botany Bay, not far from where I live; Congwong and little Congwong. Congwong is often populated by women in burqini's while less than 30 metres away Little Congwong is gay and predominantly nude with the usual sort of stuff going on in the bushes.  ;D

I love multicultural Australia.

OK, you guys asked for it. I'm bringing my Speedos, my very small Speedos, to AMG this year.

It's gonna cost you if you don't want me to wear them.
