I'm in a rellationship with a poz woman we both on meds and with undectable vl. how risky is it to have sex without condomes? We use condomes most of the time but she say she prefer sex without.

Hi pozman, welcome to the forums.
My partner and I are also both poz, both on meds etc, and no, we do not use condoms. There's no need.
The only time there would be a need is if either of you are having sex outside your relationship where there's a possibility of bringing an STI into the picture.

No need for condoms regarding HIV, but make sure things are clear with her regarding other STIs.
Also, it's probably too obvious to even mention it, but just in case, in your situation, there's also the scenario of a pregnancy. We don't know the details of your relationship (other birth control practices, age, desire of having kids, etc.) but that's one thing to think about hehe ;)
