That was the day Trish told me to lose the shirt..and I said when I got my tan back I would (that was code for when I get my tan back AND lose some weight.)

I started working out again, and also started changing what I eat.  I was eating two meals a day at the hospital where I work, and two years ago it started really messing with my guts.  the food tastes great, but I've made it the rare exception that I'll eat something they actually prepared from start to finsh.  So salads, Campbell's soups, a burger from the grill--all that's okay, but I avoid the entrees and veggies that they prepare in the kitchen.  Often i bring my own breakfast (tacos) and bring some leftovers for lunch, supplementing with a small something from the cafeteria.  I also try to eat fresh spinach everyday (and weirdly enough, it's usually on my breakfast tacos.)

I had already tried that.  Ended up having to clear the cache.  Strange since I haven't had a problem when other people change their avatars.  Perhaps the new one uses the same filename as the old so it didn't understand it had been updated.. or something.
