I love these meetings. First, I get to meet some of the peeps here and put faces with  names. Then the conversations are so varied. Who knows what we're going to talk about. It could be HIV, pets, the Amish, differences in Europe and America or a billion other things. LOL

When my 2nd partner (Jim) and I got to CLT, we dressed him up in my courier uniform, and I hid in a box and little brother and his wife had gotten for us. My mom had only seen Jim in my website pictures, so she didn't recognize him at first when he "delivered" the big package to her front porch. Needless to say, after I jumped out of the box, her first words to me were, "did you lie about that accident?!? I was so worried!" LOL

Whatever, Mom. LOL I'm home, and please meet the second love of my life. <3

OMG, my yard is currently becoming my pool. ugh. it's so soggy and muddy here in SC but I keep telling myself it's all good because I'm sure by the first of June, it'll be hot, humid and heading towards drought conditions like it does every year and I'll have to pay to water the garden daily.

I’m supposed to go to an event with the kids, but my wife and I are questioning if I should go to big public events before I can get on the antibiotics. My DR has been very quick to act, so I’m thinking she will do it Monday.

interesting. i went to check, on my tablet, whether there was an app and found that Google Duo, a video phone/chat app has been upgraded to be Google Meet now.

Even though we chatted about some serious stuff (the world is a mess!) we did laugh a lot. As usual, I enjoyed our chat a bunch. Maybe some day we'll get a few more peeps to join in.
