Hey dear members of this wonderful forum...
This month i will return to my work after nearly a year off because of depression,bad mental health and isolatation.
Leaving behind "what ifs".
It was a very very hard year...but I'm very thankful to find you all beside me even when I'm so depressed.
Here...i feel that I'm between my family...wish me luck

So...it was my first day at work today...
It's the first day i feel normal somehow from a year
I can say I'm now feeling okay to some extent
Still thinking about hiv but I'm optimistic somehow about the future... I'm hoping it will get easier over time

Everything is going well so far... Some days i forget about my status and others i feel overwhelmed obsessing about what ifs... But overall it gets better.
I'm very thankful to find these forums... Whenever I feel desperate,i come here reading other people stories and their experiences.
I love this forum very much and I hope i can see all of its members oneday.
