Well dear hearts I am moving , just down the rd so support system stays intact , the flat means I will not have to pay the so called bedroom tax off 100 pounds a month that I have had to pay since April, I am pleased with the flat as it also has a roof terrace.

The Dentist has referred me back to the Hospital consultant to devise a plan off action as she said she needs guidance over whats best to do. Very good that she was able to do this but its left me feeling a wee bit down I would like the problems to be straightforward and easy to  treat and all I can clearly remember from today's torture is that there not.

Ending on happier news my new Knickers loafers are very soft and comfortable and came at one third of the price from Amazon who I had been boycotting due to there Tax avoidance until they had this devilishly tempting shoe sale.
So weak

To add to the above shoe sale, second pair arrived, a more robust form off first pair a LTS clinic friend told me they had less P.N. pain after the started wearing a 1/2 size up .I put this advice into action and there is a marked lessening off bone pain both wearing them and the usually very painfull hour or two right after I take them off.

Next is to get custom made gel insoles made .

Nice to hear about your half-size-up solution! :) Sometimes simple ideas work.
On the other hand... I bit my tongue the other day when eating dinner. It's still a bit sore. Kenny (my partner) came up with HIS simple solution. "Put a bandaid on it."  ::)
