Hi friends i have a question :)  Is 600 copy hiv/rna contagious? In this case, is unprotected intercourse too risky?

Hiya,

Although doubtful that a viral load of 600 could result in sexually passing on HIV, I would urge caution and stress to use condoms, and your partner(s) could also consider PrEP until you have the viral load suppressed again for 6+ months.

Best. Jim.
