Welcome to Do I Have HIV?

Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

A seven-day subscription is $9.99, a 30-day subscription is $14.99 and a 90-day subscription is $24.99.

Anyone who needs to post more than three messages in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum -- including past, present and future POZ Forums members -- will need to subscribe, with secure payments made via PayPal.

so are we safe to carry on having unprotected sex has we have both been tested?  Canine what does that mean?  However don't dogs carry germs therefore these go inside my boyfriend as te dog licked the hole of his penis?

As long as you and your boyfriend aren't having sex with other people (the dog does NOT count) you can continue having unprotected sex with each other.

Canine is another way of saying dog.

A dog's mouth carries germs, yes. They are not germs that will affect your boyfriend's penis-hole. I promise.

is hiv a risk at all?

I dont want another time out!  Its just you said the dog carries germs, so what did you mean?  What kind of things could he have got?  We just wana stay safe?

Would you advise him to go for any tests?

even tho the dog licked his penis as he was lying on the bed asleep, are there any infections which my boyfriend may get?  Its just really both want to stay safe?  We don't want to carry on having unprotected sex if there is a small risk or any risk at all?  We are just thinkin the saliva in dog mouth could have a virus therefore wen licks the urethra its an openiing to my boyfriends body!  Any views from some experts would be great.  Please help us.
