Hi All,

I have a question, I normally take my meds at 8pm, what should I when at 10 pm
i dont remember at all, did i take my meds ir not, shall i wait til next 8pm or should i just take one ?

I would just wait until tomorrow evening, since, if you did not take it, it's okay to miss a day every blue moon.  That's probably better than taking two.

I would advise you to get a weekly pill container (with the days marked on them) so that you are not in this predicament again.

I have a pill box with 7 compartments for this reason.  I had the same problem at first and it helped a lot.
Diagnosed April 2015
First labs and specialist visit April 2015
Initial appt and labs: CD4 560 and VL 18,000
Started Triumeq June 2015
VL UD after 30 days on Triumeq, CD4 slowly rising.

try and set your mobile phone for 8pm reminder, it can be set for weeks or months

Thank you, i do have the pill box at home, and i did set my phone alarm 8pm, the situation i was still at work, turned off the alarm during meeting, and webt back to my table as i have spare pills in a bottle but didnt remember how many i put there.
When i got home 10 pm i totally forgot did or did not take the med.

This happens more than I'd like to remember. It's a scary feeling.  Some people write the date they took the first pill, that way they can keep track that way.  And put the pill number if you're combining bottles.  I should start doing that.
But missing one day isn't going to hurt.  These meds have longer half-lives than the first generation treatments, missing this one won't cause major issues.
