Hi, first let me hug you virtually and assure you: you are not alone. We at this forum are with you, and that is only the beginning!!

Let me suggest that you set up an appointment asap with your care provider. As you probably know, there are now treatment options that allow you getting ART as intramuscular injection every other month and that sets the stage for you being able to suppress the virus sufficiently. You should discuss this approach with your doctor!

From what you wrote, you may have quite some work ahead of you to regain control over your life. On several levels. That痴 why I suggest you turn to your doctor, discuss the above as a first step and coordinate together with him/her additional resources to support you on your journey of life.

Best Matt

Hiya.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

What ART are you currently taking? Are you missing 2 days nearly every week or just this week?

ART doesn't fix everything and I suggest first speaking to your healthcare provider letting them know how you are feeling and informing them of the memory issues and seeing what they say.

I'm not sure I understand this. Does this mean there is resistance to your current treatment? If so why haven't you switched treatment?

I've been broke most of my life so can't help you with that one.

Congrats on the new job though and hopefully it works out.
