First drops of semen in eye & Oral sex risks
« on: June 13, 2017, 11:10:11 am »
First of all thank you very much for your time to read and answer my question, you guys and all of the forums are doing a great job.

I am a 26 year old male that encounters TS escorts. I top and bottom but I always use condoms for anal (top and bottom) but never use condoms for fellatio. Once from one TS escort her first drop of semen went straight to my eye and sometimes I also feel blood in my mouth when I do fellatio.(my gums are sensitive) I know the stance you guys have when it comes to oral sex but I just need someone to tell me as well for my peace of mind because I'm going crazy. I cant focus at work, cant study, cant interact with anyone I go paranoid with symptoms, all the time I check my lymph nodes (I notice that my right side lymph nodes are a bit more detectable and go crazy for nothing probably) I even sometimes convince my self that I'm infected. I know I sound crazy but its the fear that consumes me. Do you guys think I'm really at any risk here?

Protected anal sex is not a risk for HIV infection.

You are not at risk for HIV infection because of semen in your eye. The HIV is fragile and would never survive contact with your eye and there is no viable pathway into your body.

Receiving unprotected oral sex is not a risk for HIV infection.  Performing unprotected oral sex is a theoretical risk for HIV only, and would require that you have gaping wounds in your mouth.  Sensitive gums are not gaping wounds.

However, unprotected oral sex can be a risk for other STD's/STI's.

You are not at risk for HIV infection from the incidents you describe.

Thank you very much. I was just worried that maybe you know, that the first drop of semen would be thick and kinda protect the virus outside the body. Like it was bugging me. But thank you indeed, your answer has given me a big peace of mind.
