Title: Please help, anus contact with blood
Post by: horry on February 10, 2010, 03:49:06 am
Sorry for my poor English which is not my native language and I will try to make me be understood.

Less than two weeks ago, I want to a massage/sex parlor.  I was naked. I went down on my knees on bed ,  sticking up buttocks.

The female massagist is also almost naked except a very narrow sanitary towel on her vagina.
She sit on my buttocks, She use her thigh to stimulate my penis and anus. and then she rub her private on my buttocks.

She said her came her menstruation. I am really scared.  I think some menstruation blood may touch my anus when rubbing.  So I wipped my anus with some toilet paper. I am too nervous to check whether there is blood on toilet paper.

I have hemorrhoid and some times i feel a little itch in my anus.

I am afraid my anus and hemorrhoid may contact with some of her menstruation blood.
I can't sleep and eat. Please give me assessment.

You were never at risk.

Horry,

I agree with my friend Rod. You were not at risk of catching HIV from the sexual encounter you had.

Women do not menstruate from their thighs and her sanitary pad would have caught any blood that flowed from her vagina.

You cannot catch HIV from someone rubbing their genitals on your buttocks. HIV is transmitted inside the body, not outside on your skin.

Your haemmorrhoid would not place you at any greater risk and it is normal for a haemmorrhoid to itch.

You do not need to be tested for HIV.

Her sanitary pad was narrow and has poor quality , also it was not a new one.

There are some blood leak from her sanitary pad or edge of sanitary pad, also maybe from her pubes.

My anus may touched the blood which is not dry.

So it is my great concern.

You were advised over and over again in another forum that you were never at risk.

Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

Horry,

Even if blood did leak from her pad and onto your buttocks (or even your anus) you would not have been at risk of catching HIV.

You do not need to be afraid. You do not need to be tested for HIV.

HIV is a fragile virus. It is significantly harder to transmit from female to male than the other way round.

HIV needs the kind of intimate, protective setting which unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse provide in order to be transmitted. Even if the woman had bled directly on to your anus, which is unlikely, it still wouldn't have been a risk. There has never been a case of transmission in that manner. You aren't going to make history by becoming the first.

As long as you always use condoms for intercourse you will be well protected against the sexual transmission of HIV.

There's no need for further concern nor for testing on your part.

You have 18 posts on another fourm and you've been advised all 18 times that you were not at risk and why. Seek professsional mental help for your phobias.

My situation is complex.

I have hemorrhoids and menstruation blood touched my anus.

I read many meterials said blood can infect within some hours. but you said it will inactive once outside host. Which is correct?

If you are correct, why nurses and doctors in hospital take gloves when dealing with blood ?

RapidRod

I just need reasonable explain, complete analysis , NOT JUST conclusion.

Also I want to hear more comments.  NOT JUST ban when ask for science explain or debate something.

Also I had PCR RNA , P24 anti-gen test on 10 days. RNA is undetected and P24 anti-gen is negative.

Do these tests have any meaning?  Need I test again.
I have flu like symptom.

Please give me your suggestions

Note: I have flu like symptom a week later.

According to my situation :
Her sanitary pad was narrow and has poor quality , also it was not a new one.
There are some menstruation blood leak from her sanitary pad or edge of sanitary pad, also maybe from her pubes. My anus may touched the blood which is not dry.

Please help me.

horry,

There's only so many times we can tell you that you had no risk. Hiv is a very fragile virus. Once it finds itself outside the body, small changes in temperature and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. There's no way you could have become infected from blood on a sanitary towel.

Your test results are not going to change. You had no risk. You do not have hiv.

And as Rodney has indicated, if you insist on going on about this no risk incident, you WILL be given a time out.

PLEASE CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED FOR THE LAST TIME!

Thank you Ann for you reply.

I just want to confirm it the last time. Sorry to bother you so much. I am so scared that I can't eat and sleep.

1)  Do you mean the virus in blood also quickly be damaged once it is outside the body? Although the blood is came from woman's vagina and it is still fresh ?

2)  Although I have hemorrhoids. Although the menstruation blood touched my hemorrhoids and mucous membrane of me anus. It is still no risk because the menstruation blood has no infection because it is outside the body?

3)  What's the meaning of 10 day's PCR RNA and p24 enti-gen's result.

Thank you very much. Please confirm with me and I promise I won't post the same question again once I get your reasonable and science evidence and explain.

Horry,

1. YES. I mean the virus, whether it is in blood, semen or where ever, is very quickly damaged when outside the body. I fully understand where the blood was and where it came from.

2. YES. You were not at risk because the blood was outside the body. Even if it touched your anus. Even if it touched your 'roids.

3. Your test results mean you don't have hiv. No big surprise there as you did NOT have a risk.

You can test and fret and wring your hands over this no risk incident all you like, but you will not be permitted to do it here.

I'm giving you that time out you've been warned about. Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.
