Spanish speaking moderator wanted.

Hi All

We are currently looking for one Spanish speaking volunteer to assist moderating in the Spanish sections of the forum.

Ideally, we are looking for a volunteer who fits the below description:

*Has been a forum member for at least 1 year.
*Has the time to volunteer on a regular basis.
*Someone capable of being calm and supportive yet firm.
*Someone who enjoys supporting others.

General tasks include:

*Providing information on HIV Transmission, PEP, PrEP & Safer sex in line with proven strategies & forum assessment guidelines.
*Posting Spanish HIV news & updates on the forum.
*Flagging any unruly behaviour and/or postings about unproven HIV treatments.

       ojo.        Hi Jim...I’m sorry nobody has answered your post, I would love to help but, I’m losing another battle to this long war that started 25 years ago. After living with AIDS for five years after my dx in November 1994 due to Treatment failure, and getting retinitis CMV, and going through many eye surgeries causing damages to my cornea, I’m having lots of vision problems...well, I have to go, good luck...hugs

Hello Jim,

I am fluent in Spanish and actually teach it in high school. I feel that I have an excellent knowledge of hiv and hiv issue. I would enjoy serving in whatever capacity you wish.
