Denied RW due to Obamacare/ACA?

For the American's on the board has anyone ran into this issue?
Recently relocated to Texas and the local RW says I am ineligible for drug / insurance assistance because I purchased a marketplace plan upon moving here and so I am already receiving a government benefit (the subsidy.) It makes absolutely no sense other than I know the program can change some from state to state.

Totally confused - of all the things that Oklahoma did better than Texas, this was not what I would have thought LOL.

flip side is that it took all of 5 minutes to sign up for the Gilead co-pay card which will hopefully cover most of my copay (an expense I can't afford.)

Sometimes the programs need to talk to each other and educate the consumer correctly. 

I'm personally not looking to have my Rx's will be covered next year but hopefully, if I need help I know the correct people to go too.
