Hello.
Yesterday I was penetrating a guy and then suddenly the condom broke at the tip.
I almost immediately realized it and pulled myself out of him.
Am I at risk for having Aids?
He assured me that he didn't have anal sex after his last std test, so the chances of him having aids must be low. But still.. I am scared.

You had a risk theoretically, but definitely a very low level one.
It was a single and very brief exposure. And as the insertive partner your risk is lower than it is for the receptive partner. Considering all of that I expect you will test negative.
You can test initially at 6 weeks past the incident. Assuming you get the negative result that I expect, then you will in all likelihood test negative at 3 months for a conclusive result.
I know it's hard not to worry, but I do expect you to come out of this ok.
