Hi to all,

how can i calculate to my cd 4?

WBC 4.3 10^3/uL 4.0 - 10.0
NE% 32.4 % 37.0 - 73.0
LY% 56.8 % 20.0 - 50.0
MO% 8.4 % 2.5 - 10.0
EO% 1.6 % 0.5 - 11.0
BA% 0.8 % 0.0 - 2.0
NE# 1.4 10^3/uL 1.4 - 6.2
LY# 2.4 10^3/uL 1.2 - 3.1
MO# 0.4 10^3/uL 0.0 - 0.7
EO# 0.1 10^3/uL 0.0 - 0.7
BA# 0.0 10^3/uL 0.0 - 0.2
RBC 4.2 10^6/uL 3.5 - 5.7
HGB 13.3 g/dL 12.0 - 17.0
HCT 40.8 % 36.0 - 50.0
MCV 98.2 fL 82.0 - 97.0

From this blood panel, not at all.

It will be a subset of the lymphocyte count (here show as LY#, yours being within normal range).

Yes.

There is some (decent) research to say this a good proxy for a CD4 count, but this is not a CD4 count.

Personally, if I did not have access to a CD4 count and this was my lymphocyte count result, I would rest easy.

my doctor  inexperienced so she is new graduated. i have only this results :(

You can't calculate them like this...
Your CD4 may be low, and your CD8 high
or vice versa...The total number will be the same (although the case is completely different). My lymphocyte count gets lower and lower, simply because CD8 cells are going down (as expected on therapy).
