Dear experts. Less than one week ago I did something really stupid (no need to tell me, I admit, this is part of a picture of alcohol use and depression which I am trying to break out of). I had insertive fellatio for less than a minute with a girl who had sucked briefly on two other guys briefly before taking on me (swingers club setting). She was young (20), scandinavian, attended the place together with her boyfriend and insisted on condom use in the case of vaginal intercourse. I did nothing of this, but just escaped after the described actions. I am now really concerned about possibly having been exposed to pre-cum from some of the others through her oral cavity. Is it possible for you to enlighten me about my risks in this case?

Certainly we can enlighten you.
Receiving a blowjob is not a risk for HIV transmission, not even if the person doing the blowing has sucked on other dicks immediately prior. You do not need to test for HIV as a result of this encounter.
All sexually active adults should have a full STD screen at least once a year. Twice is better. If it's been a while since your last full screen or if you've not had one before you should make an appointment to do so with your doctor or at your local clinic. A full screen will include an HIV antibody test. Please be aware that I am not suggesting that you need to test because of your recent sexual behaviours. Rather I'm suggesting that it's a good routine to get into.

Getting a blowjob is not a risk for hiv infection, no matter how many blowjobs were given before the person blew you. Not one person has ever been infected through getting a blowjob and you will not be the first.
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER A BLOWJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
