Risk assessment for non-penetration sexual activities
« on: April 03, 2017, 09:52:32 pm »
Dear all,

I really need your risk assessment regarding an encounter that i had a few weeks ago!

I was stupid to visit a CSW' apartment for having her sexual services. While, there is no anal, vagina and oral sex at all, the following activities were happened.

1.) We deeply kissed for 5 minutes. i am not sure whether she had a little bit blood in the mouth but i did not taste it.

2.) We are almost rude (but both of us wore briefs) and hugged in the bed. I kissed her breast for a few seconds and her neck for one minute or two.

3.) While we hugging in the bed, I was touching her outer vagina for 10-15 minutes, as she wore briefs, too, so my finger did not insert into her vagina technically, but i can feel there was a little bit wet on her briefs, so my finger certainly should have vagina fluids involved.

4.) She gave me a hand job to finish off the session, but she probably touched her own vagina for one second 5 minutes before doing that, but i cannot remember!

5.) Last thing, I went to bathroom to wash my penis, however, i forgot my finger could have her vagina fluids few minuets ago and the water came trough my finger first then went on my penis (the foreskin was pulled back when I washed it). Therefore, I am not sure if the vagina fluid on my finger still had HIV alive (if the CSW had HIV) and how dangerous for the virus on my finger mixed with tap water and washing my penis in the same time!!

How much risk does it have in my case and do I need to get a test?

Thank you very much for your kind support!! It is really glad to see a great forum like this !!

Ben.

Nothing you mentioned is remotely a risk for HIV infection.  You do not need to test for HIV for the incidents you describe.

Hi Ptrk3,

Thank you so much for your great support and it does easy my mind!!

However, I forgot to mention that the CSW just had brushed her teeth approximately 15 minutes before we deep kissed, does it increase the risk for kissing?

And, I am most concerned with the last point that I mentioned! If my finger touched her outer vagina, and there should be some fluids on my finger and if after 5 to 10 minutes, I washed my finger, hand and my penis in the same time, does it mean that the penis was actually exposed to the vagina fluid mixed with tap water in the same time?? And, my foreskin was pulled back when it was washed!!

Please provide a scientific explanation and I really worried!!

Thank you very much for your great help!!

You had no risk from kissing, saliva is not an infectious fluid.
Body fluids are not infectious once outside the body and exposed to air so I don't care what or where you touched...no risk.

Studies have shown HIV is sexually transmitted through unprotected anal and vaginal intercourse...period.
Now Patrick and I have both explained this encounter was no risk so move on and do not come back here with more of the same.

Best, Wade
