I'm going to try that if I ever get busted for public indecency.

I kinda doubt it, if the Police Dept. did take one, it will only be used as evidence in a court-of-law to get a conviction, as a parolee, he'll go back to Prison for sure  ;)

That's just wrong.  I can imagine them asking that drunk ass man in a wig, leotard, and pantyhose: "do you mind if we show you getting arrested on TV?"

It's true, they have to get his consent, and he has to sign papers that says he cannot sue, wether you wanna believe that or not it's a fact, just ask any lawyer  ;) have you ever seen on COPS where they will blur out the face of some suspects and you cannot see there face, well that's why they do this, that means they do not have his or her consent  :)

Yes they do  ;D there is an appearance fee if it will air on TV ,even the officers get paid to use there image on TV, on that show , so everyone get's PAID by FOX-TV if they give consent, for those of you that don't know this ;) look at it this way, if they wanted to use any image of you, wouldn't you want to get PAID, I sure would  ;D

This is not 100% accurate. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The media must be careful to not present a suspect as having been convicted HOWEVER showing pictures of someone being arrested is legal and permissible whether you have consent or not. Why? Because the actions of law enforcement are public record and the actions of the police may be recorded and shown on television. You will note that the faces blurred are usually bystanders, they are not technically part of any "police action."
Diagnosed in  May of 2010 with teh AIDS.

PCP Pneumonia . CD4 8 . VL 500,000

TRIUMEQ - VALTREX -  FLUOXETINE - FENOFIBRATE - PRAVASTATIN - CIALIS

Numbers consistent since 12/2010 - VL has remained undetectable and CD4 is anywhere from 275-325

:D :D :D and how much do you really think is actualy real on those TV shows, my guess would be not a lot of it ;) that's why it's called reality TV  ;) things just don't happen like that all the time, at least when I used to do this for a living, you could go months, weeks and sometimes even a whole yr. and then BAM, the shit hits the fan, that is how it really is in law enforcement, it's mostly all routine & somewhat boring  ;)

I dont disagree. I have worked in the news business for more than 30 years and can tell you that most law enforcement functions would put us to sleep. That being said, it's not illegal to show a suspects face on television. If it was, you never see anyone's face pre-conviction.

Exactly, in the mass media like the news, YES, but those reality shows are not the media, and they are filmed
months, and even a whole yr. in advance, so most of those suspects have already been convicted, so now do you see the difference here  ;)
