I was like no stop.. also i wanna mention my condom came loose twice i replaced the first one and the second one came lose and had to wear it again.. note it came lose not inside of him its because i was waiting for my turn sigh.

Second day my anus started tingling and in one hour my whole body was tingling and itchy ! It stayed like that for 19 days then it progressed to heated skin with no visiable rash even tho i never scratched myself i became insomniac .. letheargic .. i wake up sweating cuz of skin heat .. not fever at all i had a dischrge from penis and toke iv antibio along with doxy on the first week i forgot to mention.. yesterday i was barely breathing i went to the er some steam seemed to help.. i did 2 hiv tests and all 19 pathogens it all came negative .. i did hiv pcr 4 days ago and its taking ages for the results to come out and im def sure its poz ! I didnt develope any rash just my skin feels its on fire and anus sometimes itch today my temp  went up to 40c and its getting hectic the dr said he couldnt give me any meds until we get results and im in agonising pain both physically and mentally [REDACTED] forgot to mention i have extreme nausia and dont feel like eating at all.. whenever i pop multi vit with vit d i feel abit grounded too.. I have a few questions to make sure I understand.

To make sure I understand correctly, you received a blowjob, the other guy touched your anus with his hand and you had insertive anal sex with a condom?

Do you have sex with your BF and do you consistently and correctly use condoms?

Thank you for the clarification.

So firstly, regarding the encounter:

Receiving a blowjob lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV; thus, it makes sense that after 40+ years of this pandemic in terms of BJs, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the worlds first.

His hand touching your anus also isn't an HIV, zero!. It doesn't matter where his hand had been before touching you.

Regarding intercourse with a condom, HIV can't be transmitted through an intact latex or polyurethane condom. Unless a condom obviously fails during intercourse, there is no reason to be stressing or testing for HIV outside the standard yearly HIV screening.

Anyhow, in short, what you posted about the encounter isn't an HIV concern. There was a risk for other easier to aquire STIs, of course, but not HIV.

I will post separately correct condom usage steps as the reusing of a condom is a concern for other STIs, and it does increase the odds that a condom may break during intercourse.

So that's a yes to condomless sex until 29/30 days ago.

This is simple, if you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently and give far more thought to PrEP.

Since this would be an HIV risk and you are concerned, test to confirm your HIV status at six weeks post your last potential exposure with a blood-draw (lab) HIV antibody test. The result at this time will rarely change, and retesting at three months is generally not needed. Also, I recommend you talk to the doctor about PrEP, condom usage and vaccination against HPV + Hepatitis B as well.

These symptoms have nothing to do with HIV from the concerned encounter. The time frame is too short for HIV to take hold, let alone for the body to cause symptoms, if any. Most of your other symptoms would have nothing to do with HIV regardless of your HIV status, and the rest are not HIV-specific.

i had a dischrge from penis and toke iv antibio along with doxy on the first week i forgot to mention..

Yeah, STIs and sex happen; it's not HIV related.

Don't bother with the PCR test. Instead, I recommend you tell your doctor today and if you can't, visit an ER and tell them the full story, including sex with the BF and, more importantly, that you have been drinking bleach so they can treat you and check to see if you have already caused any permanent damage to your health.

Quote
mental pain i feel sucidal

I am sorry to hear how much pain you are in, you are not alone, but I can not stress this enough: Go to the ER today, right now. They are professionals and will understand, tell them about the bleach and the mental pain you are in.

I hope you do go to the ER and feel better soon.

Quote
the bottom guy ditched us and blocked us when we tried to confront him .. we heard from his distant friends that he is poz and sleeping around careless with no declaration or guilt all he says im clean and im on prep..

I don't blame him for blocking you. It was sex, who needs the drama, and he doesn't owe you anything.

Also, presuming for a moment the rumour mill is true and he is living with HIV, that's his business, not yours. He doesn't have to feel guilty about having sex, and in most places, he thankfully doesn't have to disclose and should not need to.

You are responsible for your health; use condoms & PrEP, and stop engaging in gossip. As for PLHIV, if they are on treatment and have had a suppressed viral load for 6+ months, they can't pass it on sexually.  See more details here: https://forums.poz.com/index.php?topic=71864.0

I wish you well; go to the ER now.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

Some tips on correct condom usage:

Use approved condoms and check for a certification mark (e.g. FDA, C.E., ISO or Kitemark) because the condom complies with safety standards. Check the expiry date and make sure the condom is still within date.

Use lubricant condom-safe water-based lubricants to make condoms more comfortable and reduce breakage risk. – but avoid oil-based lubricants as they can weaken or break condoms.

As for putting the condom on correctly:

Incorrectly done, the risk of breakage can increase. Place the condom on top of the erect penis and pinch the teat at the end of the condom before you start to roll it down the penis. By doing this, you'll squeeze out any air bubbles and ensure there is room for the semen (cum). Roll the condom down to the base of the penis.

If it's on correctly, it will roll downwards easily. If you've started putting it on the wrong way, take it off, and even if you or your partner has not ejaculated (cum), there can still be semen or (pre-cum), so it's important to try again with a new condom. (More to do with risks from other STI's/pregnancy than anything else)

Finally, never "test" the condom before or after intercourse. It's not needed at all and could damage the condom, as it's not designed as a reusable (re-stressed) product, and "testing" the condom could lead you to mistakenly think that the condom was damaged during sex when in fact, you caused the damage after the intercourse by trying to "test" it.

Instead, use condoms correctly and consistently. If they don't break during intercourse, there is no reason to stress or test for HIV outside of standard yearly screening.

Hi jim thanks for your feedback..

Im aware that bj dosent transmit hiv but since i got an sti due to the condom became lose and came off and had to reuse it and i got a discharge due to an sti can also means if hes positive its one way of getting it too correct ?

So if his gut fluids/lube came into contact with my sored/cracked anus that wont transmit it too ?!

I did full pathogens screening and im negative it dosent makes sense.. these symptoms according to the doctor isbviral because when the lynphocytes go up the neutrophils drop in any viral infection BUT i got tested yesterday they got balanced..!

I mean correct me if im wrong but i exhibit most of the symptoms from inflammed skin and itchiness all over from chest and hands legs mostly.. sever nausea .. lucid dreaming.. i wake up everyday due to nigh sweat from skin heat.. i got very feavrish.. headaches exce0t for a visible rash its invisible and its possible to some.. i have very sensetive body and quick metabolism i can feel things happens way ahead and this is abnormal the heavy breathing and almost fainiting due to my bronchi inflammed is classic symptoms according to some docs ! Im really confused now.

No i didnt have condomless sex with my partner i wqs saying was very careful not to give him anything esp since i felt off from the second day.

I swear i wasnt targetting him negativily or wanted him to feel guilty as i said it was my fault my mistakes and i really wanted a simple honest answer and he completely ignored me even tho we used to talk normally before that which made me feel and believe that the rumor is true..

So ur say8ng my current pcr quarintine hiv test on day 19 wont show any results because its too early ?

Thank you soo much 💓

This has been asked and answered already. However, I'll repeat it: There was no HIV concern from the concerned encounter you posted about.

Plenty of risk for other STIs, of course. Catching an STI doesn't create an HIV risk where there was none to start with.

Of course, it makes sense. You didn't test for everything; you also had a bacterial infection and had treatment with antibiotics. Anyhow, stop looking at lab results and keep working with your healthcare provider to treat whatever is continuing to make you sick.

I'm saying that you don't need PCR testing and should be seeing your doctor immediately or going to the ER right now about the bleach and suicidal thoughts.

I wish you well. Go to the hospital.

Just as an additional comment. You could have picked up an STI even without reusing the condom.

See, getting a blowjob is a risk for certain STIs, and so is intercourse with a condom, as the levels of protection for various STIs depend significantly on differences in how the diseases or infections are transmitted. Some infections (Not HIV) are transmitted primarily by skin-to-skin contact, viral shredding or skin-to-lesion contact, etc., which may infect areas not covered by a condom, such as genital herpes, human papillomavirus [HPV], Chancroid (Haemophilus ducreyi) etc.

Reusing a condom doesn't help matters and increases the risk of STIs even further, but it was already a risk. It also increases the odds the condom might break during intercourse, so next time, use new condoms!

Finally, I truly wish you well and hope you see your healthcare provider today and feel better soon. However, please don't post about this again, as I'll consider it excessive and, out of kindness to you, issue a 28-day ban from the forums.

Thank you.
