Chicago HIV healthcare

Hello hello It's been a while since I've posted, I've mostly been lurking the site as a research tool for information I need, and it's been a great help.





So, the quandary of the day: I live in Seattle currently, I moved here from Chicago about 10 months ago. I am making plans to move back to Chicago more towards September. Now, for those of you who don't know, *hands down* Washington has one of the most (if not the most) progressive and intricate HIV/AIDS assistance, medicare, psychological, and financially sound programs in the nation. But aside from that, my question is simply one of the kind of medicare and services that I can find in Chicago.

I know that the long awaited center on Halsted has opened, and I imagine that they have some type of services. Honestly, I just need some guidance on finding a doctor, a nutritionist, and an HIV specialist when I get there. A website, A center, Anything that'll point me in that direction will be helpful. I'm pretty lucky as far as services go, I don't particularly need much other than the occasional checkup.
