I'm aware you guys get a ton of stories similar to the one I'm about to tell you and I wanna thank you in advance for reading me. Just like most of the people posting here, I'm really only doing this because I have no one I can tell this to and I need some reassuring.

I went to a bath house on saturday night (around 1:30am). I am a generally very paranoid person and I didn't even intend to do anything other than receiving oral sex. While I was there, I refused someone's advances repeatedly. He would come to me and grab me and pull me towards him and try to perform oral sex on me, failing every time. I had to push him away pretty violently at some point. This happened at least 5 times. I even ended up shouting at him to get away.

I walked around some more and someone fingered me a little roughly and without any lube. I did not expect it and it hurt me so I pushed him away. I later found out my ass was sore and, not bleeding, but definitely cut.

Later on, I found someone I was interested in and we hooked up in a public room. We were in our bubble and I didn't realize that the guy I had violently pushed away earlier was behind me. I felt something on my anus and reached back and felt his penis pressed up against it. He definitely did not penetrate me because I barely ever bottom and it hurts me BAD everytime. But he was pressing up hard so maybe the tip was slightly inside, without being past my spincter. I also felt something moist all over my ass (also on the slight cut that happened earlier). I am almost sure it was lube or spit, but for all I know it might've been precum or cum and that's mostly what freaks me out.

This guy was one of the creepiest persons I've ever met and I felt violated. I told him NO repeatedly and he still (somehow) had his way with me. If he gave me something... I don't know what I'll do. My ass has been feeling strange since and yesterday and today, I wiped and saw a TINY amount of what looked like pus. I don't know if it comes from my anus or if it's the cut or something. I'm not itchy, but it's just not feeling right. I will see a doctor about this in a day or two.

My issue is obviously more with my risk with HIV. I didn't think PEP was necessary at the time, but now it feels like it is but it's too late and I know how intense the treatment is. I'm in a panick and earlier tonight I thought I was starting to feel feverish (stress probably) and my throat now feels sore. Sorry for the rant. Let me be more concise :

1. Can seroconversion symptoms occur so rapidly after being exposed ?
2. How high would you consider my risks ?

Thanks for any advice you can give me. I know I'll be in a state of semi-panic for the next three months, but hopefully what you guys tell me will help a little bit. Don't sugarcoat it though

Hi Anthony , HIV is transmitted sexually from unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse , the rubbing on the outside of your butt is called frottage and its not a risk for HIV , if you had been penetrated you would have known it , so you did not have a risk in this situation .

Although you do not need to test for this particular incident all sexually active adults should be having sexual health checkups for ALL STD's at least once a year . Many STD symptoms go unnoticed and are much more easily transmitted than HIV , so get your check up , its the responsible thing to do .

We do not discuss symptoms here because they could be from anything and are not specific to HIV . You didn't have a risk so if you are feeling unwell I go see my doc and find out why .
