My First 10K
« on: March 28, 2009, 05:26:09 pm »
Almost 20 years + and today I ran in my first 10K event ever.  It feels really, really good to kick HIV in the crotch every now and then.

:P

Best,

Just weanted to add. Ed and I did our ten mile ride from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs today. ( 20 mile round trip.) Probably should have done it another day. There was a strong 30 mile an hour wind on our backs getting there. Coming back was a struggle. We're both sore !!!

What a wonderful achievement Rich!!  I don't see a 10k in my future since 45mins - 1hr on the treadmill and I'm finished but what an inspiration!
