Title: Gaining weight and healthy diet?
Post by: wardp on November 08, 2018, 10:28:05 pm
I'm interested in people's day to day diets. I have just cut out eggs every morning and replaced with barley flakes and fruit. I'm also having porridge at bedtime. I'm trying to gain weight but its catch 22 im trying to control my cholesterol and keep my creatinine at normal level. I am controlling my uric acid with vit c 500mg with rosehips. I have red meat occasionally I eat a lot of chicken and fish.my weight is stable at 58kg but I have lost some weight under the rib cage. Anyone have any opinions?

I’m not trying to gain except for muscle. I have eggs with spinach and mushrooms adding beans or cheese depending on mood most mornings and like to have salads later in the day, chunky salads with lots of vegetables.i eat chicken and sometimes fish. I try to eat nutritionally dense foods.
