Many states not only have age of consent laws for minors but also have laws defining the age of a major (usually 3-4 yrs olders than the minor). Well, of course leatherman, I would expect those so concerned to read up before engaging in questionable activities. I doubt, seriously, anyone on this board is pursuing the Biebs, however, transporting minors across state lines for illicit behavior is a federal offense in the United States whilst in some jurisdictions, gay sex is not treated the same as straight sex.
