I come here seeking your help and assessment. i really would like to know if a took a risk or not.
this is what happened (please take in consideration all the details and imagine the worst scenaro whille asses my risk)

yesterday i was with a colleague in my office (i don't know her very well), she was sitting in a chair.

I told her that i am foor fetishist and asked her to let me touch her feet. she said yes.

I sat on my knees and held her foot (she was wearing black nylon feet) and i started touching her foot and scratching it from (the bottom)and from her toes, i also touch her feet from behind (this area is often irritited when we wear tight shoes) so i don't know if she was bleeding from her foot or not as she was wearing black nylon feet. (let's say i touched some blood and i didn't pay attention)
while touching her foot and scratching it (from all sides) i was having a runny nose so i immediatly used my hand (the same which was used to massage and touch her feet) to wipe strongly my nose (without any tissus, just my bare hand) and i was also strongly inhaling while i was wipping my nose to stop my runny nose
please imagine my situation, used the same hand and fingers which probably had blood on them to strongly wipe my nose and strongly inhale to stop my runny nose.

Did i take a risk ? must i test ? it happend yesterady, must i Take PEP?
Please help me assess my risk, this is all what happened. What should i do now?

I am sure I already read this post once before seeing it here.
Anyhow, what you posted is no HIV risk whatsoever, relax and move on with your life.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your health care provider about taking PrEP going forward as an additional layer of HIV protection.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Dear Jim,

I don't know where you have seen it... it happened to me yesterday.

I just want to confirm if there is any risk? and why there is not ? please take into consederation  if there was blood on her feet and i didn't see it. (it means i had some of her blood on my hand while wiping my nose)

Please note that i wiped my nose roughly and inhaled strongly to stop my nose (and it happened immediatly after the massage

i read somewhere, that the virus may pass through the nose is it correct ? like with sniff stuff..what is the difference ?

May i forget all this event and move on ? and never think about it.

It happened 20 hours ago, should i go for Pep ?

Hiya.

I already said it's not an HIV risk. Your "what if" lacks all the basic biological and environmental conditions needed for HIV to infect.

I am sure I saw the same post this morning with one small difference that the foot fetish was left out and it was putting a bandaid on the foot or something to that effect.

Move on with your life.

Ah yes, i posted this morning (i wanted to make the worst scenario, as my problem was not the massage, but wiping my nose after that)

Dear Jim, as it is my last comment, please imagine the worst scenario and explain to me why there is no risk ? is the nose access point?
please take in consederation that my partenaire is HIV+ with high viral load and untreatable (and i got some of her blood in my hand and fingers) and i immediatly after the massage wiped roughly my nose and inhaled to stop the runny nose?   

Please explain to me as i want to move on without any fears. could you please help me and advise ?

Hiya.

Firstly, HIV is limited and fragile. Once exposed outside of the human body's confines, the receptors corrode, leaving it unable to infect. Your concerns also lack quantity to cause infection, not that it matters given the first barrier, I could go on but this is pointless and it's all about a "what if" that is not a risk and did not even happen.

You had no HIV risk from this situation or the other similar situation posted on other sites. Stop the drama and move on with your life!
