Dear Doctor /Staff member /Anyone who can help me

First of all I would like to thank you for the work and support you provide people.

On 4/4/2014 I received oral sex (without a condom ) from a female , i was so drunk that i don't even know what i am doing , the next day , i asked her and she said she doesn't have any sexual disease

10 days after that I started getting nausea ,diarrhea and i vomited once.

12 days after that i feeling better , but my body temperature went up to 37.1 at night which I'm not sure it it a fever or not , someone say yes , others say no and there is three white line on the head of my penis (quite itchy )

13 days after that  still feeling nausea and started getting  itchy (no rash )on my body but the three white line disappear  and i went to see the doctor for std check ,and he said i dint have any std symptom

14-21 days after that  everything seems better ( no other sick feeling or skin condition ,only  feel like want to vomit all the time )

22-23 days after that i suddenly getting worse , left shoulder pain (minor ) and i went to see a doctor , he said I'm fine

24-now after that , dry skin on the cheek , and  getting many tiny red dots on the tongue on the side and the apex as well  , and there is  one dot particularly bigger than others , feel like a bit burning and tingling.

I really don't know what to do , am i too paranoid ?,i know the chance of getting infected from HIV is really low , but you cant just believe in stats, anyway this is killing me and i made a booking on 1/5 (30days after)for the (20Min's )  HIV testing

.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Getting a blow job is not a risk for HIV no matter what your partners status is so you can rest assured you were not infected with HIV in that manner . HIV is sexually transmitted from unprotected anal and vaginal sex .

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Although you did not have a risk and do not need to test for this specific incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

CHEERS

Stress can make you sick but I always advise that you see a doctor if you are unwell . We do not discuss symptoms because they are not specific to HIV and it does no good to guess what's wrong with a person over the internet .

One thing is certain . If this is your only concern its not HIV that's making you sick because you never had a risk .

During protected sex with condom on, got a bit of menstrual blood on the condom , or maybe the base of penis shaft and on pubic hairs or even the tip of the penis , no too sure , was too nervous at the point. checked there isn't any cut on my penis

filled the condom in with water ,and seems like the water coming out of the condom, waited about 2-3 seconds and there is no more water coming out. When i went back home and i made a pin hole on a new condom and do the same procedure, surprisingly there isnt any water coming out but once i squeezed it , there is a line of water coming out form the hole .i cant 100% sure if the condom that i was using during sex is intact or broken  because i didnt squeezed it.

Next day , she told me she is disease free and on pills for pregnancy

I know all i can do is to wait 6 weeks and 3 months for testing and i know Hiv is very difficult to transfer with proper use of  condom even there is menstrual blood on the condom . I also know that people often diagnosis  them self based on symptoms and that is silly. I only have one concern  in here is for the worst scenario if there is a hole or tear on the condom and the blood has contacted with the tips of my penis , what is the risk in here . Thanks

You had protected sex and that was not a risk. An intact condom means you did not have a risk for HIV. There is no need to do a water test, condoms are designed as to leave no doubt when they fail and you would have known if it had.

As for the blood …. Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in UNPROTECTED anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies. Once hiv finds itself outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect.

You did not have a risk and its safe to move on .
