in the middle of May I had a casual encounter with a woman. we were only dry rubbing until she started to take my penis out of my pants. she appeared to try and rub it to her vagina, and she may have grazed them together, but I stopped her because I didn't have a condom. about 10 minutes later she gave me some oral but I did not finish. this was the extent of the encounter.
about three weeks ago I started to feel a general feeling of being unwell. my energy level hasn't really changed, I excercise and get plenty of rest. on occasion I may feel like a fever, but usually not for long. I will get the occasional motion sickness feeling, but also not often.
I recently went into the hospital because of a broken bone. the blood work I had revealed a high white blood cell count. A CT scan revealed prevelent lymph nodes.
Based on the above, am I at risk? I don't seem to exhibit many of the early symptoms of HIV, but of course when you read enough you start to believe you may have them.
Any insight would be helpful.

All, please read the lesson on this site about transmission. A link to it can be found in the first thread in this section. You get all the essentials there that you need to know about HIV transmission.
As Rod has indicated you were not at risk for HIV in this recent incident. But since this epidemic is going to be around a for a long time to come, you need to become better informed about what is and what isn't risky. As long as you always use latex condoms for intercourse you are literally and figuratively covered as far as HIV is concerned. But read the lesson and get all the details.
Now you're just pulling together some unrelated physical happenings and processing them through an HIV jitters mindset. All with no basis in HIV science. You were not at risk for HIV in this incident. Period.
However, there are other STDs out there which are much easier to pick up than HIV. So if you are sexually active it's a good idea to get a full STD panel done at least once a year.
This time out you have no cause for concern about HIV. If your symptoms persist discusss them with your doctor to find the real cause.
