Irritated Itchy skin

Hi Friends,
My Cd4 874(Oct-2019),  I am on tdf+lmv+efv.

Recently I developed with itchy skin, it is not limit one area, I have the itchy feeling hands, legs, stomach, back all around the body. When I have itching small bumps appears and they will disappear after one hour. This is last since 15 days


Any one have this? Is there any solutions? Can I visit Doctor?

Sorry to hear about the rash, odd they disappear after an hour. I would take a picture and visit the local doctor.

How are you otherwise feeling & doing? Hope all is going well

That happened to me when i visited switzerland last year. I used to get some itchy red spots/bumps in part of my body which remained uncovered (palms, hands but not face) especially when I was outside in cold breeze. Those spots used to go away after about an hour or if I came back indoor. That happend from the day I landed in Switerland till about 2 weeks and then it stopped appearing at all. I thought probably because of the drastic change in my weather conditions from extreme hot to extreme cold after which my body got used to it.
