You know if I were a christian, I'd probably love Jesus. I mean he's tall and handsome and the fucker can turn water into wine. What's more, most of the time I can tolerate his followers in a patronising, "it's-hard-to-hate-retards" sort of fashion.

All good things in Matty the Damned's narrow little world.

But I've got something better than Jesus. His name is Bucko and, like I do, the rest of you scofflaws should fall down and make obeisance at his altar.

Bucko has taught me many things in the time that I've known him. For one, he's shown me that the French aren't entirely despicable. Not only has he lived there, he's actually slept with a number of them. Well the men at any rate. He assures me that, despite the smell, they're pretty good in the sack.
