I need some help, had a bit of an accident

So I am freaking out a little bit. I was out with some friends the other night at the bar. We all had a couple to drink and we are friendly with each other when that happens. One of my friends (literally just friend) goes in to kiss me and bam bumps his face into mine. Still kisses me and I think nothing of it until a few minutes later I have a fat lip. I checked to see if there was any blood in my mouth and I could not see any but this morning when I looked at my lip I had two little very little scabs or possibly a bruise. Should I be concerned? It is like a nightmare this morning bc I would never wanna hurt anyone or have them go through this because of something like this. Am I over reacting?

There has never been a documented case of HIV being spread through kissing, bruised and bumped lips or rotten teeth or any other variable involved. Saliva contains over a dozen distinct elements that render HIV inactive. Even if he had bloodied you with his awkward kiss, you would not infect him with HIV.

We have a terrific area in the LESSONS section on transmission. It is exhsaustingly well researched and pretty much state of the art, insofar as the science is concerned.

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57

Thanks Guys, ya know sometimes I feel like I am well informed about everything but i still get a scare here and there.
