HIV risk? ARS symptoms?

Thanks for all you guys do. Two weeks ago, I had protected insertive vaginal sex and unprotected insertive oral sex with a woman who has had many partners. The condom did not slip and I did not notice it break. I worry that there may have been small tears or breaks that I did not notice. I've seen statistics say that condoms are only 70-80% effective at preventing HIV. She provided the condom. It seemed to be in decent shape when I put it on. It was kept in a dresser drawer. Four days after the event, I started feeling extreme fatigue and weakness. This has gone on for over two weeks now. I don't have a fever, my lymph nodes aren't swollen, and I don't have a sore throat. She told me that she tested negative for HIV in late May.
Despite this, I have been extremely scared and stressed out about getting HIV. I have an anxiety disorder to begin with, and this event has thrown me over the edge. I'm worried that I will be the 1 case in a 100,000 where everything lines up and I get it. Should I be concerned that the extreme fatigue is an ARS symptom? I keep looking up studies about risk factors and statistics and going over and over the event and risks in my head. I can't stop. Thanks for any information and advice you can provide.

You can stop worrying. You had protected vaginal sex, and were therefore not at any risk for HIV.

I honestly don't know where some sites get their information. 70% effective sounds more like theology and less like science. A correctly used condom provides as close to 100% protection against HIV as science will allow. As a matter of fact,  condoms provide better protection against HIV than they do against all other STDs (and they provide excellent protection against those as well, by the way).

And of course oral sex presents no risk for HIV. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it actually contains over a dozen identified elements that render HIV inert and incapable of infecting.

Keep wearing a condom for penetrative vaginal/anal sex and you will avoid HIV. It really is that simple!

Thanks for your reply. I still haven't been able to get over my anxiety and worry. I've been a wreck for the last two weeks. Despite the fact that you and others said that my risk is very low or essentially zero, I can't stop running the numbers in my head and thinking about the "what ifs". I've read a few posts in the Am I Infected forum that state that people always used protection but still got HIV. How did that happen?How do I get past this? I don't know how I will make it another 4 weeks before a test would be valid. I'm also afraid of testing, although I've tested in the past.

Yes, people make claims that aren't supported by science. I have little to say to them.

People invent the stories that make them able to sleep at night. I won't be doing that for you.
