Not sure what forum to post this in..but since i was a semi-permanent "worry well" resident in the am I infected I just figured I'd post here, moderators can move this thread to another forum if they want to.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the people who put up with my bs and silly worries I had years ago, particularly back in 2004, I'm not sure why my mind was always going haywire, but I guess it was a midlife crisis or something.  lol ;D ;D

over the past 2 years, i've calmed down, and learned through therapy to rationally look at things, and my life has returned to some sort of normalcy, and i'm not always on edge thinking of "what ifs".  I look back on the things I worried about and just laugh at how silly those things really were.

I hope everyone here that helped me is doing well, and thank you all for doing a great job at what you do, and thank those who run this site for all the scientifically sound information and for giving those out there with concern a place for comfort.  Thanks again.  take care

That's a helpful post to those of us that are worrying.  In my case, I have had a full range of symptoms and can't move unless the symptoms go

Did you have a similar situation and come out the other side?
