Title: Lypo & med change
Post by: frankva on October 02, 2012, 10:44:45 am
I posted this in "Living" but am re-posting to this more appropriate thread.
I have taken epivir, viread & crixivan for more than 10 years. My #s(1100, ud) have been excellent the whole time and the regimen etc does not bother me.
Just recently I have noticed more abdominal lypo. I am thinking of switching from the crix to isentress. What do you think?

My lipodystrophy pretty much vanished when I got off the protease inhibitors and switched to an integrase inhibitor. In addition my lipid profile improve significantly. Total cholesterol is 1/2 of what it was on the other shit.

Anybody else notice any changes with type of switch?
