Hi Tricialuko . I removed your email address for your own security . You can always put it back if you choose but this way it will give you time to consider if it may be wise to let people send you information and PM's via the forum and not publish your personal email for who knows to see and use .

I enrolled in college and will complete my program this fall. I applied for financial aid. I don't know if there are any assistance programs for people with HIV/AIDs. Financial Aid will cover some education costs. If you take out a loan go with a subsidized loan before taking any portion of an unsubsidized loan. A subsidized loan collects interest while you're in school, but the government pays the interest while you're in school. And both loans don't have to start being paid back until six months after you stop school.
I already started paying my loans. I did search for educational assistance for HIV/AIDs. I decided why not contribute to the educational system and pay for some of my education though.
I paid back one loan and I received a letter from the loan company that I am so proud of! I framed it and put it on my computer room wall.
I don't your situation, but there is a lifetime limit to financial aid for each person. So find out your limit and look into programs carefully.
