Good news and bad news at the docs office today
« on: May 02, 2013, 12:56:53 pm »
I'm coming up on the 5 year mark of being diagnosed and went for my routine checkup today.
Good news: CD4 1040, Vl undetectable, CD4% 35, cholesterol 184, HDL 68
Bad news: My doctor (ID and PCP) for this entire time, Dr. Hsiao is leaving Erie County Medical Center here in Buffalo for Pittsburgh.
He has been unbelievable. Patient, professional and kind I am going to truly miss him.
