4 weeks positive and starting meds already

To all of you that have already shared with me, this is kind of my update. I appreciated everyone that has wrote me and all the advice that has been given me.
As I mentioned before, my first blood work came back with my cd4 count (tcell) at 365 and my VL at 116,000. Not what i was hoping for but so I hear not the worst. My doc said that with the time that I was infected to now being not that long and my count being a little high we should just start meds to stop it from getting worse, I tended to agree. I was prescribed Atripla today. I read the side effects and have read some other posts about it and it seems to be an alright deal. Any comments on that?
I am a little nervous to start, and think I am going to start Wednesday when my family is around, just in case I need some help. I am meeting with some group to help me with finances, as I don't qualify for some assistance but still probably need help.
As always, I would appreciate any advice and so on....

best of luck to you-Atripla is not as bad as it is hyped up to be I mean if your are allergic ,or really have a issue you will know , as for me I was worried about what ifs that I made my ownself sick ,and when I took it the first nite , I was just a little dizzy went to sleep ,and was OK , I would tell you this this first month I would really  take it on an empty stomach that may be why I had hardly no side effects but there was one It lasted 8 days that was the rash It just itched for me when It was leaving , I went all over my body except my face ,and private parts ,first then It just moved down and now its gone it only lasted for me about 8 days , i think it wud have not been so bad had it not been 95 degrees (yikes) but i used some lotions (coco butter) and dove soap to clean ,and cold showers like twice a day , and oh yeah I got some cream from my doctor that I used once , cuz as I stated it came and went real fast but that was it , as if today being on it a month I have no side effects at all and I go have my labs in June to see if its working lets hope I felt great b4 so we will see , my cd4 was 580 but my v load was in the millions so that's why i had to start ..hope all goes well for ya ,and my advice is dont go looking for troubles you may be just fine , but It never hurts to prepare !!
